Reservations Required

RATES: Guest House Rates are based on 1 or 2 person maximum occupancy

• $95 per night – includes continental breakfast
• Additional 11% tax will be charged on all rates.
• 2 night minimum required
• Guests cannot exceed maximum occupancy.

RATES: Cabin Rates based on 2 person maximum occupancy

• $165 per night -No breakfast  
• Additional 11% tax will be charged on all rates.
• 2 night minimum required
• Guests may not exceed maximum occupancy.

GUEST HOUSE & CABIN POLICIES:

• Check-in time is 3 PM. (Check in and check out times flexible upon request)
• Check-out time is 11 AM 
• One week cancellation policy for full refund of deposit or full payment. 

• Thank you for your cooperation on the following:

  * All dishes used must be washed and put away before departing.
  * Sheets should be stripped from beds used.
  * Garbage should be tied and placed in green bin provided.
  * If BBQ Grill is used, burn off residue and wash utensils. (Turn off propane tank!)
  * If firepit is used, fire should be completely out before departing.
  * If firewood is purchased, money can be left on kitchen island.
  * Umbrellas should be out down and tied. Cushions undercover.
  * Pets are not allowed at anytime in Guest House/Cottage, including visitor’s pets.
  * Smoking, of any kind, is prohibited inside Guest House/Cabin. Visitors who smoke, must smoke outside and properly discard all used cigarettes.
  * No parties of any size are prohibited.
  * Day visitors are welcome.
  * A departure text or email would be appreciated from the cottage.
