Reservations Required

RATES: Guest House Only-Rates are based on 1 or 2 person occupancy

• $70 per night (one or two persons- includes continental breakfast)
• Stay 2 nights for $65 per night (one or two persons-includes continental breakfast)
• $10 per night for each additional person  (includes continental breakfast – 4 people maximum)
• Additional 10% tax will be charged on all rates.

• RUNNING LATE? PLEASE NOTIFY US! Reservations not confirmed by arrival, phone call, or e-mail prior to 7:00 pm on reserved date will not be held. A courtesy call is expected and appreciated!

POLICIES

• Check in time is 3 PM. (Check in and check out times flexible)
• Check out time is 12.
• Sorry, no pets.
• Smoking in the house is prohibited. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside. 
• “Reasonable” alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises. 
• Please keep noise to a minimum, and be conscience of the hour. No large parties permitted.
• Visitors are welcome, however, in the event they should stay, guests will be charged at the same rate as an additional person. (space permitting)
